Dr. Grace Waters, PT, DPT
Hi, I’m Grace. I have been treating pelvic floor dysfunction since 2019 in Colorado, Oregon, Washington, and now Utah! I found my passion for pelvic health while advocating for a patient who had difficulty getting treatment for her pelvic pain. Since then, I have expanded my practice to include treatment of simple and complex pelvic conditions including bowel/bladder incontinence, prolapse, pre and post-surgical recovery, pregnancy, postpartum, trauma, sexual dysfunction, cancer, and pain conditions.
I enjoy traveling and have lived in 16 different states. I’m an avid reader and do yoga most days. I have a therapy dog, Ella, who sometimes comes to work to offer emotional support. The two of us enjoy hiking, camping, and paddle boarding.

Griselda Hernandez, PTA
Hey everyone! My name is Griselda. I’m a physical therapist assistant and love learning about all of the incredible things our bodies can do. I’m also a pelvic floor enthusiast, and I love teaching others how to connect with and care for this powerful part of our anatomy. When I'm not in the clinic, I'm all about finding balance and adventure! You can find me hitting the trails on my bike, exploring new hiking paths, traveling to sunny beaches, or baking up a sweet treat whenever I get the chance. Life is a beautiful mix of science and adventure, and I'm here for all of it! I also speak spanish and enjoy working with the latino community.

Ella, Therapy Dog
Hi, I’m Ella, which is short for Mozzarella. I’m a certified therapy dog. I love chasing balls, sniffing flowers, snuggling, swimming, and eating. Sometimes I come to work with my mom. I like to lay my head on laps and sit still for head scratches. I’ve been going to assisted living and memory care facilities for about a year to visit the residents and get pets. I’m full of personality and bursting with love.
