Initial Evaluation

  • Consists of a deep dive into your symptoms to understand how your condition affects your quality of life with the purpose of highlighting the treatment strategies that work best for you.

    Discussion topics may include:

    • Bladder and bowel screen

    • Pain screen

    • Pregnancy history

    • Lifestyle 

    • Sleep quality

    • Diet

    • Hydration

    • Work

    • Activity level

    • Exercise preferences

    • Overall sense of health

  • 60 Minutes

  • In Person or Telehealth: $200

Treatment

  • Sessions can vary depending on what is being treated but may include:

    • Core training and coordination

    • Breathing techniques

    • Mobility work. 

    • Functional Activity 

    • Lifestyle Activities

    Internal Examination 

    • Performed at patient’s discretion in the first few treatment appointments but aren’t required. These may be requested to allow our professionals to better understand your injury and evaluate treatment progress.

While we require cash or credit card payment at the time of service, your physical therapist can provide you with documentation to submit to your insurance. These visits typically count towards your out of network benefits. Depending on your insurance plan, you may be eligible for full reimbursement.
